My exaust is too loud!

T-5s are not that much louder without the packing and it has a better sound without...

I guarantee the t5's are 10-15 decibles louder without packing. Mine was way to loud but now I cant even hear the exaust with my helmet on, its all motor.

I was told since my engine is ported, it wont sound like a ported bashee(throaty) if i take the packing out. Right now it sounds throaty since the port job opened up the exaust ports.

 

Either way, i dont want it any louder :cool:

I tried removing the packing and it sounded shitty. When i repacked my silencers they ended up tight as hell and the sound was very similar to a drag bike, cripsy and sharp. The throaty sound was anoying. The only time when my pipes are too loud is when I change my rear tires with my bike on, but i love that sound.

MDS2106, sounds a little like drag pipes. Has the loud crisp noise to it. And put a helmet on that youngen!

Probably sounded shitty because you have them big ass 410 main jets and your bike is boggin like a biatch...
