help need carbs asap what & where to buy

so i sold the single carb set up off my shee today

I guess im going to buy a set of 33mm pwks

not many people offer the 33's i have seen plenty of 35's and 34pj's for sale

should i buy a complete kit or can i piece the stuff togother cheeper

pro design lists banshee intakes with or w\o v force whats the difference

do the billet intakes do more than look pretty or can i just buy the rubber intakes

how about carb to airbox boots what should i look for

i have heard good things about the boss intakes????

are my carbs going to hit the clutch arm

im going to have to by some jets also

what range should i purchase

and where should i start?????

 

 

i have a .040 mx ported +4 long rod stroker

hemi head

v force

timing plate

165psi

single dyno port pipe

i ride in pits and the ocasional mx race

id piece the stuff together.. i dont think ive ever heard of a kit with intakes, carbs, airfilters, etc

try and find all this stuff used before you buy it new. cept for the pod filters. cant beat that price. u need new ones to fit the bigger carb

Get the PWK33's, cable and even filters from jeff at fast. He has the best price.

 

As for the intake you should look at the boss racing intake. Or a version of one. Majic Mike sells one like it. It raises the carbs so the bowl doenst hit on the clutch arm on the LH Carb. It also has a built in crossover inbetween the carbs so there is no external tube or boost bottle. Here is a Pic of my boss intake.

If your still going to use the air box I have a set of intakes from the carb to airbox. They are UPP black rubber hardley used at all. Shoot me a PM if your intrested.
