Merlin
Hi all, I'm new to the forum and I have a few questions. I picked up an 03 banshee last summer and have been riding mostly trails and the odd track. I was wondering what should be the next mod to the engine. As of now I have FMF fatty's, powercore 2 silencers, K&N filter, and v force reeds. I'm in the process of getting rid of the tors setup and putting on a set of 450 sfront shocks. That is where she is now. I also want to be able to still use pump gas. Thanks in advance.

mpbanshee
1. Bump timing +4 2. Bump compression (noss head or mill stock head) 3. Lighten flywheel 4. Ditch airbox lid (proflow adapter) 5. If you want to spend the cash, get it ported and get some bigger carbs.

I can't get rid of the lid cause I ride in some wet areas. I have a K&N in the box and on the lid with outerwears. Port and carbs will come maybe later. Thanks again

I think they are 35 bucks. Noss head would be a very good choice.
Shee-Male
while motor mods are nice, if I did it all again I start by gettin the power to the ground, upgrade the suspesion and get a good set of tires, alter the gearing and the bike will be faster for a whole different reason. The timing plate is a cheap mod as well as a set of TDR reeds on ported cages, you can also mill down your stock head to raise the compression while still runing pump gas. Enjoy & welcome to HQ!

I think I have apro design cool head with 21 cc domes. Would that be good for my area. Thanks again guys.
