ok so i got the part about not having to rejet for the reeds and stuff. one ocrrection is that i have a stock cage and reeds in there now. but i am still wondering what the diffrence is between the v-force 2 and v-force 3 reeed cage setups. they are the same price and all so what is the diffrence?

The differnce in the VF2 and VF3 is how the reeds attach to the cages. The 2s have little set screws that hold the reeds in that can come out and mess things up, and the 3s are a snap in design, with not screws to come out and reek havok on things.

not much difference between 2 and 3... but i do recommend checking the jetting after you put your new reeds in. do a WOT plug test and see how the plug looks. its very possible you might need some rejetting for the best performance possible.

I would like to point out that if you were to search this forum for more information on this subject that you will finda thread where your question has already been fully answered. In doing that, I think it was agreed that if the screws are properly installed on the VF2's that there is no chance of the screws coming out and getting into the engine during use.
