yamaha04 Posted March 9, 2007 Author Report Posted March 9, 2007 Its killing me lol i want to ride so bad. i wish i had pipes and everything else before i got this done just so i could see how much of a difference porting would do but of well. yeah he has had mine since. um well i cant remeber lol he was busy as shit it seems. everyone one the site was getting porting from him this winter lol cant wait want to ride lol Quote
bigdaddy69 Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 I understand man. The weather turned warm before I expected it to so all my buddies have been going riding while im sittin at home playing fetch with the dog! Just be patient, you'll get them sooner or later. Jeff has been very busy from the looks of it, last time I called him to send my final payment he answered the phone while he was in the restroom.... now if thats not service I don't know what is! I sent my cylinders to Jeff the 21st of december, so I should get them in the next hlaf month or so. Just look at it this way, atleast its not the middle of summer and your waiting on parts. Quote
RIPPEN Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 I had a similar setup but with CPI's being one of the exceptions.. The bike ran VERY WELL and I suprised quite a few people.. It ran with a few mildly ported 4mills in the drags and did GREAT on the hills.. Lack of traction was more of a problem rather than lack of power.. 4mill cub or something of that sort(set up properly) will take you but ill tell you what.. Going to this set up from stock... You better wear some huggies the first couple times out if you want to salvage your pants.. RIPPEN Quote
yamaha04 Posted March 9, 2007 Author Report Posted March 9, 2007 LOL Huggies. man i cant wait. lol jeff answered the phone in the restroom. omg thats crazy, i know if it was me i would have hurried but definatly not asnwered it lol. one time i left him a messahe on here at like 1:20 at night expecting him to get it in the morning. Nope he got back to me in about mins lol say he just got in lfrom the shop. lol its still not warm enough here still into the -10/-20's hopefully it will soon warm up Quote

bansheeryder_69 Posted March 9, 2007 Report Posted March 9, 2007 $100 says you fall off first time powerband hits haha but I would guess your bike pulls like a bat out of hell from what I have seen/heard about jeff's work Quote

Going from stock motor with pipes and a filter with a whopping 90psi of compression to Jeffs Dune Port w/case match, noss head, timing plate, clutch, and a few other goodies. He says I better hang on!!! Quote

strokrbanshee1 Posted March 10, 2007 Report Posted March 10, 2007 I hope blue duesch can loan jeff some money, cause I am sure he is going broke at this rate.. go get a life dude call jim and talk about all the crazy numbers he is getting out of his x33 and 4 mill cubs. If your little buddy was so f-ing good at porting jeff wouldnt have so much work... oh and if you check those dates against other good builders like K&T and A&S I am sure there is a wait to get your stuff back also... I know little jim can get em back in two weeks, but he is god remember.lol Quote
