Has anybody ever used the High Temp powdercoating on your pipes. There is some powdercoating powder in Eastwoods that says it will stay good up to 1000 degrees. Just wondering if it would work on banshee pipes instead of chrome. You can get a chrome, silver, black, or stainless colored powder in the high temp powder.

I use it all the time. Our black is good to 2000 degrees, the chrome-like is good for 1300 degrees.

The silver here is polished(chrome-like) and the shield is the black. Both high temp coatings.

Those pipes are coated? or just the black part? If those pipes are coated I like it! Do you powdercoat kaotik? If you do how much would you charge to do a set of shearers in the chrome like powdercoat?

Here's a set I had done in high temp silver, and the letters were traced in high temp black. The came out good, but I only used them for 2 rides before I bought PT Mids.

Ohh yeah, not at all, all of the high temp PC colors are flat. The cermic coat gives it a little shine, but nowhere near chrome. Out here on the east coast we don't roll with all that bling though, mostly woods, trails, dirt and mud.

check out the high temp coatings. its a bitch to do them right and you have to polish it when you are done..

just sell the bare shearers and buy a set that are already chrome
