Way to make your point! As Wallrat said she's gone because the site got boring for her, it's as simple as that. Like NYUK says, the site changes, people change, and people leave. There really isn't much more to it. Whether you all give a fuck or not really doesn't matter to her, so I really don't know why you guys would sit around for over a month and constantly brag about how much you don't miss her. It seems as hypocritical as loco cracking gay jokes at brooke after posting god knows how many pictures of himself surrounded by topless men counting to 2. You guys should just stop taking shit so damn seriously, and just move on. Because I can assure you she really doesn't care, and probably wouldn't have even known this thread existed if a bunch of people didnt email her about it. I think there's more to the story. We're kinda like a big international family, that fights alot, and also laughs alot. You just don't get up and leave without a major reason for doing so. If she was just some yoohoo that has a years worth of time here or only has 100 posts, I can see that person getting bored and leaving. But in brookes case, you don't just completly stop posting and never say goodbye because your bored. What people do when they tire of anything is they don't just quit cold turkey. You check in on the forum every coupla days instead of multiple times per day, you answer threads like this one where people are asking where you are. If the "leaving from boredom" excuse is the truth, then Brooke's ego is worth more to her than any sense of repsonsibilty she has. She's too good to even say goodbye or reply to this thread, or even just slow down on her posting. I call bullshit on the boredom excuse. She knows alot of people don't like her, but she also knows alot of people do like her personality and to just leave is selfish. There's more to this than boredom.... At the same time you would applaud anybody and start instigating whenever you could (including now) to try and get any argument going against her. Hell just a few posts back you were applauding loco, after he said he's glad Brooke is gone and the site is better off without her! Now you're saying that you wish she could've come back to the HQ, and that she's a horrible person for not offering you any explanation? I honestly think that sometimes you don't even know what the hell you're saying half the time. But back on the subject. There are tons of people who posted a lot back in the day and just left without saying a goodbye, it's not a big deal. I've made a lot friends over here and to this day I still keep in touch with them, and I know Brooke does too. But if for whatever reason anybody here decides that that they just wanna leave then that's up to them. They shouldn't have to feel guilty, or worry about what a bunch of people who probably don't even know they exist are gonna think. Let me explain this slowly to you, Im not asking her to explain herself to me, my point was she owes it to the forum. That flew right over your head and you just attack me. If she was in some big argument with someone and decided she's had enough of this place, then fine, atleast explain it to the people who are asking. If she's just bored with the conversation here, thats fine too, but don't leave people wonderin' whats up. She's been on the site since this thread has started. I realize that you dont have many freinds here, if any at all, so you can't understand when I say alot of the BHQ folks are like freinds\family. Iv been talking to alot of these guys for 6 or 7 years now. The computer on my desk is not just a box with words on a screen, the people iv talked to are not just some peice of shit sitting behind a computer 1000 miles away from me. He's come full circle and now is a major player in these forums. He's for real and people like that. I thought he was "over the top" too when he first arrived, but know that I'v been reading his posts, he's got mine and a hellava lot of others respect. The other "tons of people who just left with no explaination" are all minor players in this forum, with the exception of Backcountry and B370. Those minor players come and go. And concernin' B370. I'd love to explain why I think Brooke played a major role in that argument. I thought that was public knowledge to anyone who followed that battle. I think everyone knows I put some of the blame on Brooke for instigating that fight. I wont explain why I think that, unless you really want me to bring that subject back from the dead. I don't think alot of people here would appreciate re-visting that conversation, and hijacking this thread, but i'd be happy to PM you my reasoning, or I'd be happy to write something up and post it here. I really don't see your point in bringin this up. I showed my true colors during that whole clusterfuck, I kept it clean and kept the insults at 1\10th the amount of the uncalled for insults that I had thrown at me. My points in that argument were very valid, why the other sides arguments have been proven wrong. What you see is what you get with me, I'm outspoken. You and your girl Brooke are cold hearted, pessimistic republicans, I am the complete opposite. I'll never tell a lie and I always try to be tolerant and respectful of people on this forum.
