ehenn34 Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 whats up everybody, i've been having probs w/ my bike.. i've stated before that i had white smoke coming out of my right exhaust.. thats still a problem but , now i have oil drippin out of the exhaust also and it seems that its spraying some too... trails of oil shows this is happening... whats that tellin me? thanks Quote
LiftdT4R Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 Probably a bad crank seal Might be, how is your trans oil? Low? If the crank seal your burning your trans oil. Make sure you didn't swap the carb bowls side to side, common mistake, also, make sure your carbs have the same jets in them, and they are both clean. Good Luck! Quote
kojack Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 I had the same thing on a used banshee that I bought. It turned out to be the crank seal was leaking tranny oil up through the piston. Be sure to watch your oil level so you dont run it out. You have to split the engine to do it right. Have your crank checked by a shop to be sure its true as well. Good luck Quote
