i got mine tight no end play or side to side

i used blue loctite on threads of axle nut and on threads of tension screws never had to re-tighten them have checked several time, not any looseness for over a year. :thumbsup:

i am not sure of the exact size but you could use a pin style spanner wrench.

they make atleast 2 diff styles for outer diameter. one is pin style(round hole) the other is for notch style(groove). that might help with the extra support while trying to tighten....

mine has a little damage on the edges of the two holes i used while tightening..... it aint a perfect world.

Not worried about the little scratches...it happens, and the first sharp rock is gonna make it way worse :confused:

I used the same adjustment wrench for the shocks.

well my bike dosent see rocks very much... its a duner only... but you get the occasional rock in there... my concern is over time the holes seem that way will get all fucked... i guess we shall see.
