8buck Posted November 27, 2006 Author Report Posted November 27, 2006 Here's one for ya... My quad weighs 228lbs at 65hp, his bike weighs 450lbs, so he says, at 140hp. Power to weight ratio is almost identical. I'll be at peak power the whole time, he'll be building power as his motor revs and probably top out at the end of the race bout the time he needs to shift to second??? Man I'm going to get a lot of crap for this post ain't I??? Quote

8buck Posted November 27, 2006 Author Report Posted November 27, 2006 Ok, just weighed my quad, and I'm retarded . Don't know where I got that first number but that's what I've thought it was for like the last two years for some reason. The dry weight of an R6 is 359lbs and mine is 380lbs ISH with a full tank of gas. How about this, I'll change the question to: How bad do you think I will lose? To be honest with ya, I don't think it will be by much because of the reasons I posted earlier, NOT THE POWER TO WEIGHT PART. :ermm: Quote
