It's hard to start. and doesn't have any low end power you have to play with the clutch to get it to go., and one it hit high rpm it goes good. It also back fire alot!!! thx for your help. the jet is 300 it as a porting, 21cc head, v-force 2, t5 and tors remove. I check the carb a going up and down at the same time..

Reed petals in good shape?

yes the reed are fine

check the compression on both cylinders. if there is more than a ten pound differance, youll need a top end. pressure test to make sure no seal is bad. hope you didn't hang a piston ring up on the port work. an air leak could cause a backfire or too much timing if you have an adjustable timing plate.
