i wouldn't run that thing anywhere but on SMOOOOTH pavement. it has NO suspension. i would spend a little more and get her a real miniquad. just my opinion. that might be fun on the street but i think it would beat her up anywhere else.

HELL NOOOOO.I used to have a pocketbike with the same exact engine. It wen prolly like 25mph.

Pipe cracked second day I had it.And its impossible to find parts for that thing. If you want something good and cheap maybe look like at eton or w/e.But that is a waste of money

it looks cool, but i was thinking of getting something like that, but the dirt bike. I think i going to try and find like a used 50cc or 80cc. That way i can beat the hell out of it.

Kids are valuable things. In worst case scenarios the courts hold parents accountable these days too (for the few parents who don't blame themselves). If you don't think a kid or even an adult can be killed on an ATV think again. Asphalt is hard and unforgiving if you crash. Even if it means just falling while getting on and off it. Does it have any of the restriction features the junior quads have? Most have an airbox restrictor or "learning key" design that lets your child grow into it. I think one of them - Suzuki LT80? - even has a tether to literally keep the kid on a leash until they learn how to ride.

 - Just my .02...

EDIT: Fix typos...
