Hollister_Hitman Posted November 10, 2006 Report Posted November 10, 2006 It was very easy to bend it back just hard to get it perfect. Just used a torch and a long pipe. Just posting for anyone who has a bent subframe, very easy fix. Not perfect but a lot better. Had to bend grab bar back also Quote
LiftdT4R Posted November 11, 2006 Report Posted November 11, 2006  Nice dude, ever since I rolled mine, my subframe is even on both sides, don't think that's good, but it's stayin' that way. What kind of mark did the torxh leave on the frame, I know that cintzy powdercoat is like the easiest thing to fuck up. Nice work though man, lookin' good! Quote
locogato11283 Posted November 11, 2006 Report Posted November 11, 2006 prolly should gussett that. once you bend them they will bend again really easily. especially when using heat. Quote

Yeah it just ate through the stock powdercoat. Then it rusted after I washed it (forgot about it). I think if you just repaint that part you will be fine. Quote
