2strokespirit Posted November 12, 2006 Report Posted November 12, 2006 Hell yeah, I only have one ride on my new front end. The frist turn I was like "wtf am I on the right bike?" the scond turn I was like "FUCK YEAH this shit is sick" What a arms do you have on the front? I like them, what make? Thanks Quote
rynb15 Posted November 12, 2006 Author Report Posted November 12, 2006 also is it worth to get the shocks with the reservoirs???? what does it do? Im just learning about all this and dont want to by the wrong thing...... Quote
vitovito240 Posted November 12, 2006 Report Posted November 12, 2006 the resi on the shocks will keep them cool because theres more oil in them than there would be with out the ressi. if you ride hard and like to jump around and so forth the resi is worth it. it also looks real trick i think. if your going to spend all this money on your front end look into the janssen outlaw kit. i think its on sale right now for 1500 Quote
rynb15 Posted November 12, 2006 Author Report Posted November 12, 2006 cool, thanks for the info. Thats what i was thinking it was for. Ill look into that kit.. Quote
Hollister_Hitman Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 2 strokespirit: My a-arms are from janssen motorsports they are the mx tech ones. rynb15: Yeah the outlaw kit is on sale right now. Also the resevoirs have a click device on them that makes the suspesion softer or harder. Mine have like 20 clicks of settings. Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 I too need that rear shock. The front is very stable and takes the whoops very well. I just got back from Dumont, the rear end is too unstable. It bucked one of my friends right off.. I've heard the Banshee rear shock is actually a good shock once serviced to your weight.. I really need that my shock is shot! Quote
Hollister_Hitman Posted November 13, 2006 Report Posted November 13, 2006 If you get your rear shock revalved let me know how it goes Quote

racer Posted November 20, 2006 Report Posted November 20, 2006 If you get your rear shock revalved let me know how it goes its the shit. real easy to do and pretty damn affordable. Quote
rynb15 Posted November 22, 2006 Author Report Posted November 22, 2006 one more question here for you guys. I have seen some people selling used works shocks pretty cheap. Is it worth it to put them on with the stock a arms? I usually just do trail ridding and a little jumping. Just if i could pick them up for a like 200 bucks. Quote
ClimbAnyHill Posted November 22, 2006 Report Posted November 22, 2006 I don't see why not. As long as they're standard travel for the stock a arms. Any mod you can do to your stock suspension is a big plus. Specially when replacing stock shox. They suck! Quote
