cdwood37 Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 I just aquired a non running atc 250r, i got it running real rough. The jets are 122 main 40 pilot, is that to rich or lean or what? I have never messed with one before, also it won't rev up very good and it won't rev up very high, what could be some of the problems, i have spark and fuel just not sure why it could be doing this, any suggestions would be appreciated. pipebomb Posted July 13, 2006 Report Posted July 13, 2006 (edited) Ok. got to look for the other book then. had the 85-89 ATC & TRX book, got to find the early ATC book cause there is a MAJOR difference between the 84's and the '86's like for starters a completely different engine. I'd think that you are REALLY rich if its cutting out and not gaining revs. What does your spark plug look like? Is it really wet and black? Quote
