How do i find out how much horsepower this car has?

Recommended Posts

WOW! I actually couldn't find the information either online. I only searched for 30 minutes, but that's about 28 minutes more than I usually need. I found numerous places where there are people to contact regarding the info.(collectors, engine restorers, etc.), but, like you, couldn't find it outright. Everything I found would have either required a phone call or an e-mail to obtain the specifications. Good luck and don't crush'em...restore'em!

a 77 malibu 2dr is a big ass car and then add 2 more doors.. not something you wanna be racing.. but i will say there is not many malibus that yr with 350's in them most had a 305... i used to own one. they are tanks.. seem mine hit an escort. pushed the rear of his car to the backseat and the malibu drove off with a scuff on the front bumper...

if your gonna get it...do it up gangsta :)

Seriously if you want to "race" and want to leave the motor alone don't plan on goin fast. This car had a built 400 with tons of goodies..and it was a flat out turd. If you aren't pushin 500 plus horsepower with these heavy ass cars you aren't going to get anywhere very fast.
