What do you guys pay for jets

 

I sent a buddy down to the Yamaha store to get 6 jets ( three sizes) and it cost me $46.00

 

WHAT THE HELL?????

 

I was going to phone down there but they are closed now.

$8 each is a bit expensive, or is that $7 each + tax?

 

You can usualy find some for $3-4 each if you shop around.

 

Jets aren't as cheap as you would think they should be...Especialy if your talking abotu Pilot jets!

I paid 4 dollars a piece for amin jets from magic racing and i think 5 each for pilots.

I only pay $1.25 a jet, lol the guy a buy my jets from told one of my friends that a jet for his yfz cost $20. then my buddy not having a job said....damn, I'm going to have to pay you next week for this jet......haha then the guy said your ignorant give me $3.00

Well I think i got lucky and just had to try one set to get it bang on so i will take back 2 sizes.

 

I will try the local auto speed shop for a better price they must have some thing similar or are these jets very unique.

I just ordered 4 different main jets sizes from magic racing at $3 each and 2 pilots at $4 each. www.mfgsupply.com has stock carb jets for $1.99 each I believe but shipping is like $6.99

2.50-4.00 from a local stealership. i guess it varied depending on size, or maybe the guy needed extra money for lunch that day
