Crossbone Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 (edited) Im thinking about shaving my shift star... I got a buddy that has it done and I love it. Is there anything bad that could come of it??? Edited May 29, 2006 by Crossbone Quote
Finkeracer Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 I had mine done a little while ago and I reckon it's a great mod. It made the trans a lot easier to work. Shifting under power is a lot easier. My only concern is that I could be over done and you could have problems with the gear box slippiing out off gear. Quote
DIRTMAN350 Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 You could contact jeff on here and he can set you up with a modded shift star and lighter tension spring and it will shift like butta. Jeff goes by FASTOYS. Quote
kfngrn Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 Its a good mod. I bought my first one from Cascade and then I did the 2 other ones myself. Quote
