bodge Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 how do you start your she from cold and warm it up before you ride it? should i be using the throttel to start it or just the choke? Quote
[email protected] Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 i normally just press the electric start feature and let it warm up .... heh turn it on however you normally do choke no choke tap the throttle or not ... but once on the bike should idle without you doing a thing. warm up ride smooth at first ....... then well plaain ol FULL BORE AND RIP IT Quote
2K1Banshee350 Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 well when i had one i started it like most any other 2 stroke. when cold full choke and a a blip of throttle. warm no choke and a blip of throttle Quote
PUSH THE THROTTLE Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 No matter what the temp I use my foot. Cold - choke and a kick or two. Warm - no need for choke but still a kick or two. I won't throttle it until it's running in either situation. Quote
racer Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 a blip of throttle and no choke. probably wouldnt need the gas but i dont like it to idle so the slides close all the way. Quote
Cotton eyed Joe Posted May 15, 2006 Report Posted May 15, 2006 Kickstarter mostly. I choke it 1/2 way, no throttle. I think it should start without any help from the throttle imho. If that don't do it, full choke, then as soon as it starts, adjust the choke until it will idle. If it dies, restart with 1/2 choke usually. Quote

tithead Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 i used to pull the choke, turn the throtle once or twice, give her 1 1/2 slow kicks and then for the last half, push like hell. used to fire up first time Quote
night Posted May 17, 2006 Report Posted May 17, 2006 1. Put the fuel on "ON" 2. Shake the shee for 15 seconds. 3. Put on the switch on "On". 4. Put on the engine switch on "ON". 5. Pull full choke. 6. One normal kick and should start. 7. Now that its on give it a little throttle. 8. Push the choke all the way. 9. Give it a little more throttle. 10. Let it warm for 10 minutes. 11. Ride it slowly for 1 minute. 12. Now ride it however you wish. 13. Nothing for point 13 because that it, thats all. Quote
