bansheezer Posted April 16, 2006 Report Posted April 16, 2006 I was wondering how much of a difference you guys think these pipes will make my shee it is bone stock mechanically as of now, it hauls for a stock shee, my buddy has a brand new 05 450r and we just raced this weekend and he clocked his at 80 he said, too my suprise i beat him by a few mph top end but he had a stronger bottom end. I was laughing when i beat him since i paid 1500 for my shee which is 15 years older than his and took his new 6,000 dollar wheeler, i don't think he'll be able to touch me after i get the t-6s on, what do u guys think? bansheeseat$$ Posted April 16, 2006 Report Posted April 16, 2006 It will be faster but you put yourself in a corner for when your ready to do engine upgrades.T-6's don't respond well to much more then stock. Quote
Wicked98Shee Posted April 16, 2006 Report Posted April 16, 2006 (edited) there are a few porter's that can get good results porting around the T-6, but the T-5 responds worlds better to mods tho. Edited April 16, 2006 by Wicked98Shee Quote
bansheezer Posted April 16, 2006 Author Report Posted April 16, 2006 I dont plan to do any other mods, i dont want to sacrafice reliablity, plus i dont live anywhere where ill need more power, i could see if i lived near sand dunes but im not even remotely close, i mainly ride in gravel pits, gravel and tar roads so i think it will work out Quote

Polish Posted April 17, 2006 Report Posted April 17, 2006 I dont plan to do any other mods 502915[/snapback] If you continue to Post on BansheeHQ you will def., be putting more mods on your bike.............banshees are like a DRUG..........you can never get enough Quote
Wallrat Posted April 17, 2006 Report Posted April 17, 2006 Especially with porting. That's the biggest mod you can do to really tailor the engine to your own riding style. Its not all about power, its about making the power you have more useable. Quote
