  1. Watch out though buying something from Jeff. He is likely to go and talk shit behind your back..
  2. Oh hell. I say get er' done. Get that compression up to 180 lets run 112!
  3. I think everyone has a differnt rule of thumb :-) I am having me some VERY sexy drag pipes made for my bike from CPI.. Greatest part about K&T and CPI being 40 minutes from me .
  4. Okay lets back up a second here. When you changed your head what head was on before? Stock? You buy a new oring kit? I you need to make sure you have almost equal compression -+ '3PSI'. I think the head was not put on correctly or the domes were incorrect and squish was also not checked....
  5. These are worth at least 280-300 dollars in their stock 34 mm bore. K&T are VERY big into these carbs and almost always recommend them in 35.5 bore size. I wouldn't take less than 250. Free bump these carbs are AWESOME
  6. That dyno above was with a mixxer port job FYI. I also raced quite a few at the dunes I wasn't impressed with them. I also thought it looked funny at KBR's shop there was a bran new one with those little tires... O-well
  7. let me find out what the cost of a new one is vs 40 dollars shipped to my door.
  8. Stock they are lame machines, nice to look at and the EFI just like the King Quad is nice. But if it screws up on you your SOL. here is what I'm talking about. I have quoated this from my friend Kam @ KBR... "We put Buddha
  9. KBR had a stock one on the dyno go from 38HP Stock to 48 HP with custom pipe and stuff ported head ect.... my 450r has gone up against a few of them with my friend who is 100lbs lighter than I am and he walked all over them...
  10. g-force is lifetime... that is what I run on my 450r and that is why I bought it over LSR and Durablue... even if it bends I can keep getting new ones :-)
  11. Wow... I am interested in where you say the leak is , gasket?
  12. Make sure like he told you that the distance between Point A and Point B on the shift star are equal...
  13. Well that is a good way to make someone help themselfs rather than just tell them what to do
  14. Cub = less they suck more through the same size as your stock parts. so you need to always jet down by 1-3 sizes . My cubs hate anythingmore than the 2nd from the top on the needle.
  15. I PM'ed you. Also, Email me your pictures send them to rsheppick@comcast.net ill host them for you. I also want to see them anyways. Ronnie
  16. #1 Drain Coolent #2 Drain Trans Oil #3 Remove Clutch Cover #4 On the back remove the curclip off of the white plastic gear. #5 Remove the watercover impeller cover and puill it out Please replace the Gasket that is behind the cover with a new gasket and also put a new gasket on the clutch cover please. Also replace the o-ring that you will see on the small Joint 1 ( dumb name ) you will see it you cannot miss it. Replace it for good measure because it gets its ass kicked when you pull the cover off-on. I think it will run you 1.24 for the oring. The Gasket for the waterpump cover is 9 dollars and the clutch cover gasket is 19. Please see the provided picture Thanks, Ronnie
