Polished Aluminum

I took some aluminum wheels off my old truck and used a eight inch grinder with a polishing wheel on it and shined my wheels to a mirror finish once.

 

Now I would like to strip the paint off my case and do the same thing, but there are so many small crevices that this large wheel wont get in there. What can I use to shine the aluminum parts on my shee up like that? Thanks for the info...........

a dremel die grinder with a polishing top works pretty well-take a long time though

3M roloc discs. Get a 2" arbor and then tons of 2" plus a few 3" green and red discs. Snap those onto a die grinder and have fun. After that do the tight spots w/ a dremel and put the whole thing on the buffer. I'm doing my rear hubs right now which sucks cuz they're steel and take WAY longer!

this will solve your problem...........I had done it and it works awesome..........simple solution YOU READY?...........A TOOTHBRUSH W/mothers polish......made my parts bling.........and it really doesnt take a lot of elbow grease.......and it wont even scratch you parts

I think so..........try the Sonic Care toothbrush It has more Revolutions Per Minuite

With this (they sell the scotch-brite discs and roloc attachment seperately: Accessory kit

 

Followed with this: buffer

 

You'll still need some small fine grinding stones to reach into the tight corners.
