I got 3 months free XM when I bought my new truck. I was so impressed that I didn't even wait until the 3 months was up before I upgraded my stereo to a SIRIUS compatable head unit. IMO, XM wasn't even worth keeping for free.

yeah those are bad ass. mp3 players adn be able to walk around and listen to live programming, unlike sirrus.

 

when they get cheap ill get one, but they are $$$ now.

I love my xm. If sirus was so good it would be new vehicles. XM in by book is the only way to go. I also have the xm2go and it works great.

not a fan of ethier but i did here the built in moduile version of cirssus ro whatever and it kicked ass ........ XM the satalite module crap thing DONT GET IT super crap quality

Funny to come across this thread. I just picked up XM since I travel a lot now. Beats finding the current station in whatever city/state you're driving in.

 

It was pretty much an impulse buy for me so honestly I can't give my opinion on Sirius since I haven't tried it out yet.

I'll just throw my 2cents in and say XM so far has kicked ass every time I drive now.

 

Better than fiddling with cd's or mp3 players when you're driving.

what i ment was sirius is growing faster than xm ....and the reason xm still thrives is because they are cheaper and i think they got a lock on gm cars so when you buy gm you get 3 months free...snap another customer ...but wait 3 months and snap another lost customer but oh well you still pay either way.....hard attack rips fucking skulls

I just got an email update from XM and it looks like they are adding quite a few more stations. The two new rock stations sound like they will be pretty good.

I spent 4 years listening to" howard" then I got an xm for a gift, could not belived I wasted 4 years of my life like that. O&A rulz besides jim norton and patrice oneal could be the 2 funniest people on the planet

kenwood makes far better car audio equipment than either of those other companies. thats the other main reason why i chose sirius over xm.
