yamahakid1 Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 do u have to replace the clutch cover gasket if u take the clutch cover off? Quote
badassbanshee479 Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 you should just to make sure it does not leak, but I have removed my cover and reused the old gasket before, just make sure you dont tear it when you pull the cover off. Quote
MYquadsFaster Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 its always a good idea if you dont want any leaks....ive gotten away with using the same gasket before but only in a pinch. just go get a new one the dealership should have one in stock and there like 5 bucks Quote
brilei5 Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 If it does rip a little you can put a dab of form-a-gasket on it until you can get a new one. Quote

banshee tuner Posted February 15, 2006 Report Posted February 15, 2006 I've gotten away with it before but it is recommended to change it. They are about 10 bucks most places. Quote
