snowfoxsx Posted February 11, 2006 Report Posted February 11, 2006 (edited) i just got a set of trinity pipes from loboboy (THANKS) and they sure look sweet, but anyways i need some ideas on where to start setting up the carbs and shee! engine is case ported/cylinders ported by trinity, .060 bore, 700-800 foot elevation, airbox lid off, and boyseen reeds, any more questions just ask. would spacers do anything for me or just a waste? now how to set up the shee, right now it has a 12 tooth front and stock rear sprocket, what should i go to to use the power of the shee, for mostly gravel and sand pits and woods trail riding(fast and hard/aggresive), 21/12/9 mudsharks for rear tires, i weigh around 200lbs. loboboy gave me an idea where to start(thanks) but need a few more tips i did do a search and came up with next to nothing. thanks guys Edited February 11, 2006 by snowfoxsx Quote
FIRST BANSHEE Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 I tried a 13,14,and15 front and like the 15 the best. if your running stock carbs and are ported, I would start with a 370-390 main, and 27.5 pilot. call trinity and ask them for a baseline, they should be able to get you in the ballpark. banshee tuner Posted February 12, 2006 Report Posted February 12, 2006 Never run a set of trinity pipes but read on here in the past they are hard to jet for. Quote

wesw Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 RNBRAD runs or had them. he might be able to give you some advice. i would say 27.5 pilot, 4th clip on the needle, 340 mains adn do some plug chops Quote
