yamahakid1 Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 i understand how it works, but who has it. im wondering if it feels alot different getting all the power to the ground, like a firmer feel or what its like? Quote
bigboybanshee Posted February 2, 2006 Report Posted February 2, 2006 Doesn't really feel any different, unless you're coming from a clutch that was slipping... If your clutch was slipping before, and you installed a lockout then I guess you'd feel a gain, but only because the power isn't being lost and it's actually getting to the rear wheels; I suppose it all depends on how bad your clutch is slipping as to how much gain you'd feel Quote
BigRed350x Posted February 3, 2006 Report Posted February 3, 2006 i am going to go with a heavy duty clutch with all the heavy duty springs, and if I have problems I am going to get a lockup. They aren't that expensive for the unit itself, it's that damn cover you need to run them that gets me. Wish the cover were a little cheaper. Quote
