I would say with almost 190 lbs of compression he will need at least some 110 octane! Or alky ! :drool:

I have 180psi on mine and have about 25-30 hours with no problems running during the summer and winter. I use turbo blue 110 leaded mixed 32/1 with klotz supertechnaplate.

checked again, its 185.  Is there a disadvantage to having compressoin that high?

octane requirements are not just reliant on compression or dome size alone ,the exhaust port height , the ignition timing ,and squishband clearance all come into play . 100ll aviation fuel would be my recomendation for you,id say bout anything over 105 will work ,youl lknow if its detonating ,plugs will have tiny aluminum specks on them and youll hear the bike popping/pinging and hesitating :dance:
