Wow, you already got your cylinders ported? I thought this question sounded really familiar, you just asked it not long ago.....why not just use the same thread rather than create another one asking the same thing?

im having my heads shaved and a drag port done i wanted 2 kno what i can do next

Try some reeds, timing plate. Like Loco said a new swingarm will be alot of help if you are getting a drag port. Maybe even buy a NOSS head instead of shaving the one you have. True and weld the crank or maybe get a stroker crank, will have to send the crank in while it is getting ported to match the stroke to the new port work I think.
