road racer Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 68mm bore, +4 stroke. What size domes will run with pump gas ? Quote
Big Blue Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 you should contact a builder and have domes cut. Quote
23champ Posted November 9, 2005 Report Posted November 9, 2005 Go with what Big Blue said! I wouldn't think you could run pump gas on anything smaller than 22cc tho. Quote

road racer Posted November 19, 2005 Author Report Posted November 19, 2005 I talked to the shop where the cubs were bought and they don't recommend running pump gas at all. Would prefer no less than 110 octane and high compression domes for performance. Is anyone on here running pump gas with cubs ? What domes ? Quote
BigRed350x Posted November 20, 2005 Report Posted November 20, 2005 Has your crank been welded? Quote
rocketboy Posted November 21, 2005 Report Posted November 21, 2005 if you can afford cubs ....you can afford race gas 19cc is a good general size ,but alot of things have to be considered other than that Quote
BigRed350x Posted November 22, 2005 Report Posted November 22, 2005 What is your altitude as well? I am at 7000 and ride as high as 9000ft and I can run 18 and 17cc domes on pump gas. Quote
Machwon Posted November 23, 2005 Report Posted November 23, 2005 I'd check with your builder as he's best to recommend a size. Other wise a 25cc dome would get you approx. 12.5:1 compression, close for pump gas. 21cc for race fuel. Quote
