GSXKID Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 Hey i am new on the forum i just picked up a banshee for 1000$ its a 94 it has fmf exhaust boyeson rad valves a boost bottle and its bored 60 over. Can anyone think of some things i should check because i want to be rideing in a couple weeks and not fixing it in my shed. Anything at all i should look at . I am not going to lie i dont know very much about quads let alone banshees i can just ride them. Heres a couple pics.(not the best i took them with my phone) Quote

sandman121383 Posted October 25, 2005 Report Posted October 25, 2005 go over the basics and obvious stuff. check the chain tension. then lube it. do the same for all ur cables. change the tranny oil. check the pressure in all 4 tires. check for play in a arms and swringarm. . . . just a start. and o ya make sure u premix right. nice find and welcome aboard Quote

What do you guys mix your fuel oil ratio the kid told me 32 to 1. I havent mixed any fuel for it yet but i was just wondering before i did it. Quote
