watkins Posted October 15, 2005 Report Posted October 15, 2005 (edited) Just got a casesaver from modquad, and since it doesnt come with instructions I have been searching the forums to see if there are any... havent found anything so I figured I would post. Here is the way I mounted it and I am wondering if this is correct: I remove the 3 screws from the white cover below the sprocket, I left the plug in place and screwed the casesaver ontop of the white cover. Is this correct? My case saver has like a plug on the back of it but has a screwhole through the center. Edited October 15, 2005 by watkins Quote
2003LimitedBanshee Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 I don't know about the Modquad casesaver. I know that is how my T.M. Designworks casesaver installed, so my guess is your good to go. Quote
banshdog Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 That's how I installed mine.... 426307[/snapback] me too. Quote
Ducman Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 Sounds right. The instructions on my case saver said to use blue locktite on the screws. Quote
DIRTMAN350 Posted October 17, 2005 Report Posted October 17, 2005 Congrats you figured it out. Mine installed the same way. Like stated before use loctite on bolts so that they won't back out from vibration. Quote
