Thats hard to believe that the DS650 with only a turbo kit will do 130+!!! I can imagine that its hard to get above 100 with that thing!!

4 stroke power is different and weak , i bet a 4mill drag ported cub would pelt that pos ds650 a 60rwhp  horse 2 stroke will always beat a 60rwhp  horse 4 stroke of the same weight and rider ability

the hp thing your reffering to? thats due to the fact that peak hp is only a very little part of the equation ,a motors ability to rev, its peak rpm,tractability,its acceleration, its power to weight its powerband, its torque,its this ,its that ,all have to be accounted for, the 4 pokes are definitly getting better ,but its usually at twice the displacement and at the cost of longterm reliablity to only equal 2 stroke performance.
