I have an 02 banshee and am wondering, how does a procircuit platinum pipes/r304 silcer combo compare to the other exhaust I've been hearing so much about, mainly the toomey t-5s and t-6s and shit like that? with mods such as pc pipes/silencers, dynojet race jetkit, boost bottle, uni filter, what should I be putting out in the line of horsepower? much more than stock? could this be improved with a different exhuast/jetting setup?

The t5 is a top end pipe. The pro curcit is a mid range pipe. I guess you need to figure out where in the rpm range you want to make the most power. Any aftermarket pipe will give you more power than the stocker. The boost bottle is worthless, it doesn't make any more power than the stock crossover tube, save your money. This is my opinion, but I would stay away from dyno jet kits for many reasons. 1- Dyno jet main jet numbers mean different things than a mikuni jet numbers [300 mikuni main jet flows more gas than a 300 dyno jet main jet]. 2- a dyno jet kit for banshee is $79.99, and only has 2 sizes [270 or 280 and a 330]. Mikuni jets are $5 for 2 from dinnis kirk.

You really cant go wrong with T-5's. A friend I used to ride with had pro circuits and they were really great pipes, T-5's just a tad bit better in my opinion. Also T-5's respond very well to porting, unknown as far as pro circuits go. A great and easy package you can square away yourself is T-5's, up a tooth on the front sprocket to a 15, lighten your flywheel ,advance your timing, cool head with 20cc domes and your good to go, until you start to get spanked by ported bikes, thats when the big bucks start flying outta your wallet.

Ive got pro circuits and they are great all around pipes.Idle to bout 4000 rpms is strong-i can take off with hardly any gas and climb most snall to medium sized hills without ever getting outa this range. midrange is a bit milder than t-5, but top end pulls real hard and revs out long ang strong, probly just as long or longer than t-5.My 'shee is ported and is very fast!

I've run T5's and love them and would recommend them. But, I came across this dyno sheet a few months ago and just found it again on my pc. I have no idea who put it out, but it looks like an independent dyno results sheet.

Told you guys that the LRD pipes perform better then the T-5 pipes. Look at the dyno
