I TWEAKED BOTH OF MY OLD UPPERS AND DECIDED IT WAS TIME TO DO IT. I HAVE ALREADY DONE THE LEFT SIDE AND COULD STEP BY STEP FOR THE RIGHT SIDE. PARTS, PRICES, DIMENSIONS OF BRACKETS AND EVERYTHING.
