  4. I have a K141 piston kit from Wiseco, comes with .040" over forged pistons, rings, wrist pins, circlips, wrist pin bearings, and topend cometic gasket kit. Hell, it even comes with some stickers! I need money quick, so how about $135 takes it?
  5. All right, my attachment level for yahoo is 10 mb and the manual is 18.8mb. How can I get it to you guys who want it? I don't know computers that well.
  6. A little info on my story. I get t-5s, put them on, push shee in yard, go to work. Dad and friends come home, friends ask about the quad, dad doesn't notice new pipes, fires her up , spins around the yard and melts a hole in the left piston. That was a nice suprise when i got home. So he finaced the new motor build and i picked up some wisecos, 19cc trinity head, boyesen power reeds and a new k&n . I already had the 35mm single pwk so i am a little happier now. Almost ready to fire her up and i was wondering what i should start my jetting at. I am in Wisconsin, 750ft. elevation and it's about 20 degrees out now. One more final question. When first starting her, should i break it in, then jet it, or vice versa? Thanks for your help.
  7. Hey, just got my cd and i am trying to get out of all caps, bad habit. But, i went through the cd tonight and it was extremely informative and precise. It doesn't tell how to do huge port alterations, but more of a fluff and buff, sleeve matching, small port work that will clean everything up a little and make more power. Kinda figured that was how it was going to be. On the other hand, i now have a 278 page cd-version of my old manual (it was falling apart). So, if you want a copy of the porting and/or manual, give me an email and i will try to send it to you. Both are in adobe and the manual is 18.8mb and the porting is 523kb.

  12. FOUND OUT TODAY,THE JACKASS WHO HAD MY QUAD BEFORE ME WAS RUNNING A 12/45 GEARING WITH A 20 INCH TIRE. DOES ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM IF I GO TO A 15/40ISH?   15. ARE THE STOCK HEADLIGHTS 35 WATTS, IF SO, WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF I CONNECTED TWO 55 WATT FOG LIGHTS IN PLACE OF THEM? WOULD IT BE TOO MUCH OF A DRAIN ON THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM? OR, IF YOU HAVE A CHEAP ALTERNATIVE IDEA, LETS HEAR IT!
