There is a arrow on the selector valve. Take A Close Look At it. Quote
mudcool Posted August 13, 2005 Author Report Posted August 13, 2005 The selecter valve was on the main ON. It was not on reserve, I am sure of it. Since the main tank and the reserve tank is the same, then I would assume something is wrong with the inside of the selecter valve. Quote

Saw your CDI in half and let us know whats inside. Its a possibility the little AA batteries inside it need to be changed. Quote

Now I need a new CDI and $100 to fill up the tank. Quote

Holyman Posted August 14, 2005 Report Posted August 14, 2005 You need to take the valve out of the bottom of the tank and look at it. There are 2 tues inside the tank... 1 is long and one is short. Somewhere someone cut off the longer one {reserve}. WHile you're in there, make sure there are NO screens on the tubes. Install a clear in-line filter so you can be assured you have fuel flow. I forgot who it was on here {Nyuk I think} who burned up a couple top ends because of lack of fuel due to clogged screens. Quote
