Colorado Red Posted July 23, 2005 Report Posted July 23, 2005 Just thought I'd say thanks for the info on purchasing my Banshee. I checked out a few, but ended up going with a '99 stocker thats in pretty good shape. The hours are pretty low, and everything works as new. I think I'll just get used to the power I have for now...then go mild, pipe and everything that goes with it. Thanks again for the help. If anyone knows of a good deal on some pipes around Denver, let me know. For now, does anyone have a set of stock silencers sitting around? The only thing missing from my 'Shee is the inside of the silencers...I'll be riding in forestry areas, and I'd rather not get busted! -Mike Arvada, CO Quote

Cotton eyed Joe Posted July 24, 2005 Report Posted July 24, 2005 Welcome. Good idea to get used to it before modifying it. I rode mine stock for about a year or so. Once you get pipes, you'll wonder why you ever rode stock. Quote

ScrewMachine Posted July 25, 2005 Report Posted July 25, 2005 Congrats on gettin' yerself a shee, you're gonna love it. A little more maintenance/bullsh** then a 4-poke, but the hard work pays off. Quote
