help wit a banshee wit a 500motor?help me

i can get a banshee with a kx 500 motor in it 4 1000 frams got alot of chrome n swing arm n wat not......but it has a kx 500 motor should i buy it and drop a banshee engine ...n were can i find a banshee engine and price....please help me....dis would b my 2end banshee but never seen notin lyk it b4

well i say if its a second bike then go for it..a banshee with a 500cc 2stroke in it? that will be a land rocket..i would keep the motor running perfect and make the rest of the bike look kinda crapy..that way you can pull up to other nice looking banshees and smoke the hell out of them...if it were me i would pick it up and ride the hell out of it..imagen a banshee with that torque and speed of a kx 500..that would be fun

i kno it has 2 fly i agree but....it lookz lyk a rig 2 me and i dunno i would lyk 2 start a banshee project...how much u think a engine would go for

I would leave the KX Engine in, and in the mean time learn how to spell. And most engines I would say go for around $1000 depending on the condition.

I'm sorry i'm use to the AoL Little words they got.....and were you thing i can find a engine.....o0o and the motors forsale anyone wantin to go with a kx 500...600 or best offer

i know that some of the smaller shops have motors for sale..check local listings..but keep in mind most motors you find used for sale are crap and thats why they are for sale..

thats true about the engines being torn up.....I really would love to find a good motor out there

I was searching though ebay, you think buying a motor from there would be a good idea?

well personally, I wouldn't buy any type of motor or even a whole quad/bike for that matter off of ebay, to easy to get ripped off into buying junk IMO.

 

As for the Kx 500 banshee, I would just buy the thing and leave it how it is, at least fix the motor so it runs good. that way you would have somethin with real power to ride and mess around on for a good price. And if you want a real banshee, why not look for one that already has a 2 stroke twin in it? You can find some really good deals if you search enough, got mine for $2400 and it came with all kinds of aftermarket stuff and I've never had any real problems with it yet

If you want to do a Banshee project then I would get the bike, keep it the way it is and do the project with your other shee.

dude, if they put that kx500 engine in there i highly doubt a banshee engine will go back in. i have a banshee with a cr500 engine and you cant put a banshee motor back in without welding on the frame. id be willing to bet 34 blades of grass that you cant put a banshee motor right back in it...

I've got around 100000000 times that in my back yard.

 

I do agree though. Once those stock engine mounts have been chopped out to make way for an engine that wasn't designed for that frame, you would basically have to refit the banshee engine back in. You may as well just leave it as it is unless you feel like fitting an engine in a frame.

haha grass sucks. my yard at my house is like 4 acres or something...the 34 blades is what i have stickin out of my hair after a day of mowing...grass suuucks.
