Hey i have a lot of mods on my shee but not a lot of suspension mods. Im going to be mx racing soon and i only have aftermarket front works shocks without rezzies. I want to get + 2,+1 a-arms and for racing but i want them for a cheap price not like $1000. Do i need to get bigger shocks or can i keep the ones i have? Also i hate the stock banshee axel and swing arm. I want a g-force axel and a roll design swing arm but cant find that brand swing arm at a good price anywhere. Can someone help me out and tell me so more about suspension and ect. It would be great if someone can write dont good sites for these parts. Thanks, Nick

first if you are riding mx you will need some rezzies on those shocks because of all the wear and tear, they will help alot. you can keep those shocks but they will need to be revalved for +2 a-arms. for a-arms, i would get some quicksand a-arms or some from sand dragon motorsports. for swingarm I would go with a -1 quicksand swingarm also, real good products. you might also want to get your rear shock rebuilt, I know their is someone on the HQ by the name of Shane who does that.

you may want to contact works for the front shocks and pm shane about the rear rebuild. for the rear rebuild i've seen it from 500-700 depending on who does it, but i think shane does it for 380, some people have posted about it in the suspension forums, just look for the thread. im not to sure about the revalving and adding rezzies, but I would definately contact the manufacturer

you probably never will.

Roll design is very proud of their products, and for due reason; that stuff is supposed to be bombproof reliable.

I've never seen anything Roll broken, and I have seen it abused beyond recognition.

You pay for that though.

If you want to stay cheaper, think about some other companies like, Hermann, Houser, or even Lonestar. I won't get into what I prefer, but they are cheaper than Roll.

I'd sell the shocks you have if you're planning to get rezzies. You can add them but by the time you have them rebuilt, revalved, resprung, and add the rezzies you could have a new pr. By selling yours you could re-cop some of the cost.

As far as the a-arms quicksands look cool. Don't forget about ricky stator a-arms. I've put mine through a beating over the last 3 or 4 yrs and even the ball joints are still tight. BenBB races them in the desert too.

As for the rear, I know the rear is expensive for aftermarket and the stock is a pita. I have a -2 stocker. It's really not to bad. I see people fight those expensive round carriers too. I'm not convinced they are worth $700 dollars.

The rear shock is up in the air as to rebuild it $400 or so for spring, revalve and zero pre-load if you wish. Or sell it and buy a good aftermarket one. The rear is suppose to be a good unit when set up properly.

Don't forget about moving the pegs back. I have the ac propegs that are moved and everyone says my banshee feels like a caddilac... I have axis shocks to but the pegs give the extra room and puts the weight over the wheels more.

You and i both know nothing is indistructble but , that is one of how many? I saw the swingarm and it broke clean in half right were he does is '' so called patended gull wing design'' to me it looked like a design problem. Personally, i like the ones made from round tube not square or formed rails. Dont get me wrong, i to think he makes one of the best products on the market but, he is not alone. :D
