Maybe the float is stuck. Lightly tap the side of the float bowl with the handle of a screwdriver... see if that fixes it.. otherwise you may have to adjust your float height.

did you have you carb apart right before this happened?

i know this happened to me, I took my carb apart but put my float back in wrong and it leaked all out

if you didnt have it apart i would say a stuck float

Its polaby something in the needle and seat, what I do is shut off the fuel until it stops leaking then turn the fuel back on, the blast of fuel usually flushes it out

yeah give the bowl a few good raps with the handle end of a screwdriver, like watkins suggested...most likely a stuck float....
