RIPPED OFF BY 1BADBANSHEE!

I know everyone is going to attack me on this. I see all of the posts how this guy is so great. HE WASN'T GREAT TO ME, HE IS THE WORST GUY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE.

 

Many, many weeks have gone by and still he has not delivered what was promised. He has stoped communicating with me and apparently written off our original deal. The deal was I would give him my Lonestar +2+1 a-arms complete with everything to bolt them to a frame in exchange for a new or mint set of stock silver arms with everything and $100.

 

After many, many weeks I finally have a set of arms, not exactly as nice as I originally asked for but at this point I am happy to get anything. I never saw the $100 and probably never will. Charlie has promised it to me right up until the last time he responded to me, which was awhile ago. I have heard though that it will never come.

 

1BADBANSHEE seems to have a lot of stories and promises that at least for me, never became reality. The arms I did receive came from Triple B (Mike) up in Mass. This was an arrangement between Charlie and Mike. MIKE WAS A GOOD GUY TO DEAL WITH AND HIS ARMS WERE JUST AS HE DESCRIBED. I APPRECIATE HIM SENDING ME HIS ARMS. IF NOT FOR HIM I PROBABLY NEVER WOULD HAVE GOTTEN ANYTHING. HE ALSO TRIED TO MEDIATE BETWEEN CHARLIE AND I. THANKS MIKE!!! I just want what was promised to me which I will probably never receive.

 

Come on and respond Charlie and make up your stories. Tell us about all the money you spent on my arms and how they were not really Lonestars. YOU ALWAYS HAD THE OPTION OF SENDING THEM BACK IF THEY WEREN'T WHAT YOU WANTED. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I DID.

 

Thanks again MIKE, thanks for nothing Charlie...............I am done with this forum, it seems like there are quite a few sour deals..........and I am sure everyone hates me at this point anyway but I had to tell my story. Maybe 1BADBANSHEE will do it to you someday and then you will say maybe that "newbie" wasn't such a jerk after all........................

Yes brock thats exactly what the deal was they were Magnum arms with two bent ball joints that I had already bought the ball joints for which yes maybe I should not have done so within two days of having them but this is what I do buy,sell and trade so it was business for me to fix them and dump them as quick as possible. When all this crap started I was going to send them back and all I wanted was the money for the ball joints and I would have sent the piece's of sh@@ back and he refused to pay me back for the joints so this it why were here again,but anyways to all who have had dealings with me you know who I am and what I am about so I am sure we will all do business again,for those who have not all I can say is I hope one little punk a@@ kid who is a complete LIAR does not hinder your decision to do business with me because I do sell and or trade good quality parts and in a very timely manner.I am real sorry to all again for this sh@@ being brought here again.

ryan (mccann316) traded a set of what was supposenly to be lsr +2+1 arms the stainless ones to 1badbanshee (charlie) for a set of stock banshee arms and $100's and hardware ryan recived the arms and said the ball joints were toast and that he was sending them back to charlie because they were no good charlie had since sent the arms to me (triple mike and the arms were perfectly fine the ball joints were fine i had to send my 02 stock ones to ryan to try and make him happy and since then he was happy with them but he keeps demandin the 100 charlie had to put almost 200 into the arms to fix them and on top of that they were not lsr they were magnums i ve had alot of dealings with charlie and never had a problem with any thing i bought or traded with him i since spoke to both him and ryan charlie even sent ryan a set of spinle for the stock arm because the ones for the after market arms were reamed out to try and fix thing but nothing is making ryan hapy with this deal ithink charlie went above and beyond to try and make this deal right by no go he still bring it to here to complain about and think its not right . thats just my 20 cents

so basically what I'm seeing is that 1badbanshee sent of arms that supposedly had a bad ball joint. To make up for this he had another set of arms sent, and also sent a set of spindles?

 

So basically McCann, you got your set of a-arms, and a set of spindles that work with them. What exactly are you still bitching about? The 100 dollars? I'd say the bent balljoints on the "lonestar" arms would pretty much taken care of that. Let alone the fact that he sent you spindles......and the a-arms werent even actually lonestars.....but some other brand that doesnt even compare.....especially what they are worth moneywise.

 

If you say you had a bad dealing with him.....then thats your issue.....I'm not gonna bash you for it.....but geez man....what else you want him to do to make it right?

 

How bout this.....he gives you the 100 dollars......but then you pay for the 2 bad balljoints (he paid for those other arms he sent you, thats the least you could do is fix what was wrong with yours), and then after you pay for the 2 bad balljoints, how about you pay him for the spindles as well.....

 

And then you can call it even.....I'm sure 1bad wouldnt have a problem with that.

 

and if your gonna still bitch about hardware after all that......I'm sure me or Nyuk have some nuts, bolts, and shit we could send your way.

Just some clarification:

 

Charlie never offered to give me back my arms under any conditions, I wouldn't buy ball joints off him anyway, I am not so sure there was anything wrong with them, not that I saw. He should have sent them back as he received them.

 

I never received the money from the beginning, I doubt he ever planned on sending it.

 

I waited over a month to get some arms, probably never would have gotten them if it wasn't for Triple B.

 

I only got one spindle.

 

Charlie promised the $100 after all was known. Just suddenly he decided not to send it. Must be I aggravated him to much.
