bansheeryder21 Posted May 14, 2005 Report Posted May 14, 2005 Does anyone have reed spacers on their banshee? I was thinking about putting some on because they are cheap but don't know how much of a power increase it will give me. Is it worth it, or should I just do new reeds with spacers or new reeds without spacers or just spacers??? Some advice please? Quote

itsaripper Posted May 14, 2005 Report Posted May 14, 2005 The spacer will give the reeds more time to open and close if you put them inbetween the reed cage and the motor. That should give you some more bottom end. Not gobs just some. Quote
wayfst Posted May 14, 2005 Report Posted May 14, 2005 everytime used reed spacers i lost my bottom end and gained NOTHING anywhere else. Quote
sheerider11 Posted May 15, 2005 Report Posted May 15, 2005 i had a friend get them he said no power increase but he got bigger carbs and they were hittin somthing and it just gave him more space Quote

Please go into detail because I just can't picture how this could happen. Quote
