  2. Just a quick question.Im running +4 advance right now with timing plate because thats what I here alot about on here.What would happen if I went higher like +7?. Would it blow up.Or is there not much diffrence from +4.mods are 02 shee new topend .20 over wisco pro lites pt mids pyramid reeds pro flow k-n lid removed pt powerhead 22cc domes +4 timing advance

  4. I just bought an 05 gmc sierra 2500 hd ext cab.Hell of a nice truck but real hard on fuel. But the power is nice

That is exactley what happend I was trail riding and hit a puddle pretty hard then my throttle started sticking.I will clean out the carbs for the hell of it.Why did the water make it stick.Also I have not removed the tors yet .I want to but Im a little nervous about installing the removal kit the whole driling and tapping
  6. I went for a ride the other day and was in 3rd gear and let off the throttle and it kept going.I punched the throttle and it stopped.It does it every now and then.The more I ride it seems to snap out of it.What is causeing this and how can I fix it. thanks
  7. I just rebuild mine before rebuild I had 110 after rebuild with a .20 bore and wisco pistons Im at 148 with 22cc domes
  8. I pretty much have a full duncan setup with pt mids,pt power head pyramid reeds ect.It seems to pull pretty strong on top.But then again there the only pipes Ive had so I cant really compare to anything else

  11. I just purchased a wisco pro lite kit from magic racing came with pistons,rings,wrist pins,circlips,bearings and gasket kit $167.50 shipped to my door
  12. Iam 153 ft in elevation,about 65 in temp, Iam running a 290 main and all the other jets and settings are stock.It seems sluggish when I take off unless I really come on it hard.Does jetting seem off at all?. Also Im mixing amsoil hp at 32-1 Mod are in sig thanks alot

I ran into a stupid person a couple months ago.I was out riding in a sand pit.And this kid came up to me on a 300ex.And asked if I wanted to race,I said trust me you dont want to.I have an 02 shee with hot mx port,powerhead,pt pipes ect,anyway we raced like six times.It wasnt even funny.He wasnt even close.Then he says if his bike was running better he would smoke me.I was like just get the fuck out of here.
  14. Just did my topend I started it up and let it run for about ten minutes. I did that three times.Then I putted around the yard for about 15 mins gradually going threw the gears not over reving.My question is how many easy miles or hours would you put on it, before you would be safe to really get on it.
  15. took carb apart and cleaned it out with air compressor, now shes running like a champ Thanks for the help you really made my day.
  16. The left side blows smoke and is hot like it should be the other side is blowing very little smoke and cold air and not much pressure
  17. I just put a new topend in.I started it up let it run maybe 2 min. Then I noticed the right silencer wasnt smokeing. So I shut it down and did a compression test,148 in each cylinder. Then I checked to see if I had spark and I do.So now I convinced its the right side carb For whatever reason its not getting fuel.Also I had flooded it and still didnt have any fuel coming out of the right side just the left.So my question is what would cause this,a piece of dirt maybe? Also I had it running for maybe 2mins and the left cylinder was hot to touch but my coolant hoses were not.Does it have to run longer to get them heated up? any info will help thanks
