Good cheap shock for the average weekend warrior...as much shit is talked on them, WORKS. If you order from them & get them setup for your weight & riding style, they're a night/day much better improvement over stock. For the price, they're a good deal. If you do get WORKS, I would order them setup for about 20lbs heavier than you are. Now if you're into MX or hardcore riding, may save up some pennies & get some better quality shocks to suit you better....elka, axis, pep, etc... Just MHO...I run works & know they're not the greatest, but I honestly don't have any complaints. You get what you pay for. ;)

Some have been upgrading to yfz450 shocks & are happy with them as well...you can pick them up for cheap on fleabay & on classifieds. I'm sure someone with yfz shocks will chime in...

Look on Ebay. I bought triple-rate Works w/remote res. for $520 & am very happy with them. Took about 4 weeks to get them built.

I just paid 280 for my WORKS Dual rate shocks. I had a gift certificate to Rocky mountain :). I only weight 160lbs though. I called WORKS up and that is what they suggested. I'm no racer so they will be perfect for me. Stock shocks are terrible.

I bought works triples with rezzies used over the winter on ebay for $250. Haven't ridden yet, but am itching to. Will let you know after the end of the month, when I get back from Silver Lake.
