 I have narrowed my decision down to the Rocket pipes, Toomey T6's and the Trinity StageIV Banshee pipes with the Rockets taking a slight advantage over the other two. Anyone care to throw their two cents in before I make my final decision! I always respect the opinions of fellow Banshee enthusiasts especially those of you who have been around for a while!

Toomey's are the best pipe if you are NEVER planning to do any port work. They were designed to be the ultimate pipe for the "UNPORTED" 'Shee engine, & I think they are. I've got the TR6's on my '01 along with a Noss Head, Trinity 2n1 35 single carb & am very happy with the power & ridability. The build quality-welds, chrome, fit, & silencers are great. :headbang::headbang::headbang:

TR6-for stock engines only. if you plan to do ANYTHING to that engine stay away from them.

Trinity-dont know shit about them but i know they are expensive.

Rockets-for a drag pipe they have really good low end, and the midrange and top end is unreal. on my 4mm stroker rockets pulled 3 more hp and 3 more ft lbs of torque than cpi. they also came on sooner and pulled harder. i would go with rockets if i were you, u wont be disappointed. plus your banshee will be featured on the rocket website.

Everyone says rockets are a top end pipe, but there are people on this forum that claim more bottom end than when they had T-5's on the same combo. From what they told me, all they have are cool heads with bumped up compression, timing advance, and v force reeds with some sort of air intake mod. This is supposedly with stock port and jugs. I hope they are right, because i am ordering mine and keeping the bike with a stock port....for now :-)

Polished stainless trinitys would be pretty cool if you have the dough, but for performance, Rockets.

t-6s look great and perform great on a stock port motor, they respond to all the bolt on mods also. you don't have to trim your fenders for them to fit, and they are not in the way of your legs when riding hard on tight trails.

i don't think i've read any thing negitive about the rockets accept for the old silencers where ugly, the new ones look great.
