bigb3521 Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 Just switched from T6's to t5's, starting the jetting at 27.5 pilot, 310 main and needle on fourth clip. it is still sluggish in mid to high range. (my mods are boyseen pro series reeds and dual K&N's) was wondering where to start on the jetting because boyseen says i should drop one to two sizes on the main but that sound stupid if your sucking more air. will appriciate any help Quote
locogato11283 Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 pilot sounds fine. did you do a WOT run with the 310 mains? if not i would do that first and see how your plugs look. once you get your main right on you can adjust with the needle if need be. Quote

(forgot to say i was a sea level and using the stock needles) Quote
FIRST BANSHEE Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 no one is going to be able to tell you exactly what you need, you sound close, buy a set of 320, 330,340 and you should be done. good luck Quote
chris642 Posted March 26, 2005 Report Posted March 26, 2005 when i was all stock i didnt have to change my jetting going from T6s to T5s. it may be diffrent for you because you are slightly more modded. Quote
