sandman121383 Posted March 13, 2005 Report Posted March 13, 2005 if theres a drastic temp difference u should rejet for the weather change. as far as the throttle stickin. lube ur cables and clean the carbs , they may be dirty. hopefully someone can help u out with jetting Quote
BigRed350x Posted March 13, 2005 Report Posted March 13, 2005 Had a similar problem a few weeks ago. Spray your carbs, cables & thumb throttle with carb cleaner. It gets rid of any moisture around them. That's what was making mine stick. Take your bike in the garage and get your carbs warmed up before your ride. That seemed to fix my problem. Quote
BdBanshee Posted March 13, 2005 Report Posted March 13, 2005 Sometimes the rubber gaskets in the carb caps let the moisture in and it freezes almost instantly on the slide from the velocity of the incoming air, not a good thing. I had a friend that had just washed his Banshee and took it down his gravel drive to pick up the mail when he opened it up and it stuck like that, wasn't pretty. Quote
