locogato11283 Posted February 19, 2005 Report Posted February 19, 2005 i definetely think we need to establish some type of order. i was kinda hoping that a moderator would step in here and share their thoughts but maybe the mods that are in place now dont frequent the site as much anymore. i gaurantee that if i was given some type of power here there wouldnt be all this stupid bullshit. im just like everyone else, i like to have a good time and joke and make fun of people, but when i see these new posts about absolutely nothing i get really irritated. this is not BT nor does it need to be as strict as PS, just some sort of rules and what not to be set up. i became a premium member to support the site and to be able to do a little more here and i feel like i should have some sort of say as to whats goin on. anyone else feel that way?? bansheefreak Posted February 19, 2005 Report Posted February 19, 2005 i don't think we need to have a post limit cus even new ppl hav great info to post as many times as they want... we just need a few good moderaters that will delete the stupid post.. we all like a lil comedy but a post that is stupid and no reason for it should be deleted descreetly.. like how to biuld a ramp... if you don't know how to biuld a ramp you should no be riding....i have not seen anyone here that needs banned thou ... they are learning things and not that bad but when some gets 200post in 15 days and not one means anything is ridiculous ....i am here alot and could moderate if i was asked too... but we all can moderate by not replying to these post... sure you can read it but don't post ..we are adding to the thrill they get when they post this crap.... they like the attention... just go look ... some guy that wants some good info on his motor or pipes he gets 1 or 2 posts. so guy that whats to biuld a ramp gets 3 pages of responzes.. it should be total opposite.... just my 2 cents... now F-OFF Quote

I limit myself to general discussion only. Some of you might remember I screwed myself up bad on the 'Shee in 2003. I don't have the balls to ride it fast enough to avoid plug fouling anymore. I traded it for a Honda Aquatrax in 2004. I really like everyone on here. A lot of good descent people out there on 'Shees. I can't say the same for people on the water. Maybe these morans will read them and not be inclined to post their retardedness across the boards... Like this.... 1. A stock banshee will NOT surpass 100 mph, unless one is riding boonman's banshee. 2. Thou shall not ask how to start a banshee unless one cannot get it started in the first place. 3. Thou shall not post the same question in 5 different forums or else the banshee gnomes will disassemble the post whore's banshee while sleeping in the night. 4. If one brags about something that they can do, prove it. If not, willingly accept the flaming you will receive for talking smack. 5. If a banshee owner is curious if they can beat another quad in a race, do not ask thy HQ, go race them and find out for yourself. If there isn't one around to race, who gives a shit whether or not you could beat one? That's just a start, I'm sure you guys could come up with some "rules" to add to the list if you wanted to do something like this... Quote

These three practices are some of the reasons why BHQ forums are so good. The BHQ forums are a haven for free speech, no matter how stupid the speech is. If you don't like what someone writes, you have two choices, reply back and argue or don't reply back and move on. I can't even read the two threads that were listed in the beginning of this thread because they are deleted. I don't ever recall threads being deleted here. Its ashame. Bansheefreestyler. You keep on posting boy, whatever you want to say, however many times you want. The only rules we ever had here were "dont go racial" on your posts. I enjoy reading your posts and enjoyed watching your video. I can remember being a young teenager and being full of energy and blabbing away at topics that I loved. Some old farts don't like kids, but some of us old farts do like the kids and thier enthusiasm for riding and Banshees. Some say that certain posts are "useless" and "take up space".... I say "who cares?" is it really that big of a deal. Lifes to short to get worked up over someones forum ramblings. Read the post, smile or get pissed.... and then move on. Its not big of a deal. Who the hell wants to come to a forum where you have to watch what you say so you don't piss off moderators or other members.
