WickedBanshee Posted December 8, 2004 Author Report Posted December 8, 2004 its sand dunes. no restrictions at all. there is the loup river and the loup power canal and the power company dredges out of the canal and the water and sand goes back into the river. they do this once in the spring and once in the fall. so whenever they are not doing this you can ride inbetween the 2 rivers and on the loup. there isnt huge dunes like oklahoma but it is fun and there are good flats to drag race.
