Well that's a shitty deal; RockyMtn. is where it's at for good customer relations.

Haven't ever dealt with Chapparal myself...for these exact reasons, whenever their name is mentioned; negative feedback always follows. I've never had any problems with Rocky Mtn. other than maybe a few days delay.

I would have ordered them from Rocky Mountain originally, but they didn't have them and I was trying to make sure he would have them for Xmas. At least RMATV is honest enough to tell you when they have something in stock or not, and not just substitute a different item like Chaparral did.
